What is considered a good GPA at UNC?

Hi, I just finished up my first semester here at UNC. I know grading is different at most colleges than in high school, even in accelerated programs. So, I wanted to ask what is considered a good GPA at UNC? Additionally, I want to go to grad school after graduation. So, what would be a good and realistic GPA to strive for with that goal in mind?
