HSC 4537 Medical Terminology Questions

I'm taking medical terminology this upcoming semester and I have just a few questions about the class.

1. How hard is the class? Most of the classes I'm taking this semester I'm pretty comfortable with but this semester I'll be taking a science course with lab. This won't be a major problem right?
2. My professor is James Van Elswyk. Anyone who had him in the past know what he is like? Also does he use proctorio for anything online?
3. What does OFFT OFF mean? When I was on the schedule planner one of my online classes had this but I don't remember this particular class saying it was online in schedule planner at all.
