My game's performance got immensely worse after the Duviri update and i need help.

Specifically the loading, while loading the game freezes and stutters constantly if i have any other program (usually browser) running. Freezing and stuttering get worse if i alt tab between programs, to the point that the game literally cannot load if i put it in background. One time it took me like 5 minutes to load in a mission.

If i want to have a remotely smooth experience, i would have to restart the pc and play Warframe only, cannot open anything else.

I've reinstalled the game a couple of times, nothing worked. And this only happens to Warframe as far as i can tell since i don't notice any changes in other games.
