Male 5'11", 1200kcal, can't loose weight.
Info about me:
- Male, 198 pounds, 32 y/o, weight training 3-4 times a week (30-45min) with NO CARDIO, sleep 6 to 8 hours, office job... I eat 1200 kcal, which I already think its very restrictive, but I'm stuck at 198 pounds (3 weeks)
Reason I don't do cardio is because I HATE IT and I try to focus on weight training and a healthy diet (150 grams of protein, low carb) to lose weight, but it seems I'm stuck.
Any advice?
