Hold the heck up

Just came back to Blitz after about a half year long break, haven't followed the news at all since then. I'm caught up to about when they decided to bring back the Waffentrager E100 for whatever reason and I know about the Murat, but my knowledge kinda stops there. If anyone here could summarize it (and also what the deal is with the Reforged update) quickly that'd be great, thanks in advance!
