Are these seats good?

Hey guys, want to go to WM41 with my friends and wondering if these seats are good to buy? I know it’s pretty far from the ring but I worry more if there will be nothing that closes the view? Last year I attended wm40 and was sitting where the section 201 is. I’m fine with how far is it, just want a clear view
