Blackshark 3 annoying notification from a racing game that isnt even installed on my phone

As title says, idk what this notification is about but when i click it, it redirects me to a site that doesnt even load. Is it like this for anyone else? The app is "ROCKET CAR RACING 3D"

For ease of access I'll write the potential solution up here by dontspillbeans1 because it seems to work for some people.

1) Go to settings 2) Go to Authorization & Revocation 3) Turn off the following •msa, muiu daemon, security, feedback, getapps
