Why aren't you Vegan?

This question has been asked before and the responses are always "my doctors says so" "I have this rare medical condition etc", "Vegan food is too expensive where I live"

Let's not argue about that today, assume people with those issues have no responsibility for a while.

I am asking you, the people perfectly capable of going vegan and can afford it, why aren't you vegan?
