Day surgery - insurer hospitalization claim

Does anyone know long it take for public hospital to send the finalized bill to insurer and how long do they need to process and approve the claim?

I did scope 2 weeks ago under non subsidized route and e-file with my personal insurance. Till date I have not received notification that they have receive the documents from the hospital.
