Who's the sexiest villain in movie history?

I can't decide between Robert Patrick in Terminator 2 or Gaspard Ulliel in Hannibal Rising.

First off, Robert Patrick was insanely HOT in Terminator 2. That first scene when he time traveled naked from 2029 to 1995, showing his athletic body, sharp jawline, and gorgeous blue eyes (which he NEVER blinked throughout the entire movie), is my favorite scene.

Gaspard Ulliel (RIP) was freaking sexy and devilishly cute as Hannibal Lecter as well... a very beautiful yet mean, evil, sexy twink cannibal, especially that scene when he licked the blood of his murder victim.

Then other attractive evil characters I can think of off the bat are Taylor Lautner in Twilight and maybe Tom Cruise in that vampire movie from the 90s.
