My longest nonstop run ever!!
I had been pushing myself wayyy too hard with speed training to where I have to take fulls weeks off at a time, so I’m trying more slow and long runs as well as some fartlek. Don’t think my bones and ligaments are quite ready for HIIT lmaoo (all advice welcome)
Although it feels soooo slow, I’m really proud!
