Is Beyonce not going to tour Europe?

I Just saw the announcement for Cowboy Carter Tour and it doesn't say World TOUR it just says Tour.

As we know her version of World tour is Europe and America.

This is what I'm getting from this announcement and as someone that lives in the UK I am devastated.
