Can you fix your diastasis recti with exercises ? Or only surgery?
4 weeks post-partum here and I think i have diastasis recti. I have a weird bulge on my stomach above my belly button. And when I’m lying flat , I can feel a gap in between my abdominal muscles. I’m wondering if this will go away over time, do I need to exercise… or get a tummy tuck? 🙂 what has been your experience with diastasis recti ?
