Project commissions

So I have a project that requires a 3D model of a shopping mall as the project is about designing a shopping mall. I absolutely suck at using 3D software or drawing a blueprint as I’ve tried to use sketchup and various other 3D software tools but alas I must come to terms with sucking hard. The project is over due and it will drop my grade 20 points. Could anyone create this for me? I can give you a general idea of how I envisioned it and I can even draw up a 2D model but for the project there needs to be an interior in the mall and the stores must be organized and all that other good shit. I don’t know much about this but I have $40 to offer but considering what I’m asking I don’t think that will be enough. Help anyone?

Edit: as previously mentioned I am willing to pay but I only have $40 as of now and I have up until December 18th to turn this in as I graduate this semester, if you accept this commission you don’t have to create it now because like I said $40 is pretty skimpy for what I’m asking just let me know and we can work something out.
