100% CPU usage every time I open an app.
Hi All,
I am facing an issue right now wherein every time I open an app, my CPU usage is always at 100% then if I try to close it, it goes back to normal. I tried opening other apps and it goes back up to 100%. I've tried a few things i found here on reddit like restoring to default my power plan, dumping temp files and disabling services and start ups and etc. Nothing is working on me. Right now I am just doing a full scan for any virus but I dont think that would be the problem. As you can see, I am just scanning but my CPU usage is at 100%. If anyone has any idea on what i should check or how to fix this, i would really appreciate it. Thank you!
