Returning player question

I started the game when it launched and I joined the Chisgule’s server. The whales dominated, and I thought I could keep pace, but I couldn’t. That, and the hero reset, and the stamina made me quit. I want to use my old account, but move to a different server because I spent a bit of money. If I were to go back to the same server I could never keep up because my account is young compared to It’s peers. Is there a way to get to a younger server with people my power? I have not done anything once I got to the select region.
