What is a good career change option for somebody in communications?

I've been working various roles in communications (journalism, college sports communications, media relations, etc etc) for 20 years and I'm burnt out. I'm currently running a one-man communications office for a government (which I've only done for like 8 months) and it's the 3rd job I've had since 2019 when I had to leave the journalism field. I'm tired of people, tired of going on TV, monitoring social media and being on 24/7. My mental health is in the trash due to local politics, toxic workplace, and an angry community. My anxiety is through the roof, and I'm even having an uptick in seizures (I've had epilepsy since I was 17).

I feel I need a change to something completely different, that doesn't require interacting with mass media at all. I just want to cut myself off and simply work without thinking about the public. At heart, I really feel like an introvert. But I'm also 43, and communications work is all I've known. I don't want to go back to school, and I just want to work in a low stress environment and I don't even care if it's glamorous.

As for the possibility of starting my own business or something like that, my wife is risk averse so that isn't an option, and I'd have no idea what business to start, anyway.

I'd love to hear any advice people might have. What's a great transition for someone with a college degree and abilities in writing, web content, graphic design and media relations?
