Any healthy-ish recipes for picky eaters?
I have a younger step sister who I cook for alot, but it’s mainly just frozen stuff like chicken nuggets and pizza. I feel bad just giving her unhealthy stuff all the time, so does anyone have any easy recipes for anything a bit more healthy? She likes chicken and pasta and rice and all basic food like that, also I have alot of seasonings and stuff I can use. If anyone has any recipies for me to cook for her, please let me know!
