What are some things you especially ENJOY about Danganronpa?

I feel like the series gets a lot of flack for a poorly aged scene here, some shitty writing decisions there, and while a lot of it is very much justified, sometimes it left me wondering... Why do I even love it so much? Legitimately, it's my favorite things ever. And while I know it's cause of the immense enjoyment that the games provided me with as I was watching playthroughs of them, I wanted to introspect a bit as well as ask the community.

So what are your favorite or most notable things about the series, whether games, anime or anything else? It can be a relationship dynamic, a character, a song, a part of the dialogue, a plot element, a twist, anything that makes Danganronpa 'fun' for you.

To start this, I'm gonna go with the concept of the Ultimate Imposter. I think it's really funny to see people starting Goodbye Despair wonder why Byakuya is back.
