PASSED THE RTA ROAD TEST!

Finally did it with 0 mistakes! Honestly the key is keeping it cool. I entered the driving seat, said hi to the instructor with a smile, drove 10 minutes and voilà.

As for advice when it comes to driving make sure y’all are always observing your surroundings, this is extremely important. Some people don’t look to their left up until the moment they have to enter the roundabout which makes them hesitant leading to the examiner getting frustrated. Additionally, some people don’t check mirrors often enough leading to hesitations when the examiner asks for a lane change. Honestly there’s a lot I can tell y’all, but I’ll just keep it brief.

1st Attempt: 5 Major 1 Minor 2nd Attempt: 5 Major 9 Minor 3rd Attempt: 0 Mistakes

Wishing y’all the best :)

Edit:

since many of y’all have been asking for parking tips, watch this video, helped me pass on my first attempt: https://www.youtube.com/watch?si=Fw8wjjKEt9IFldxF&v=cdlAJ_w7na0&feature=youtu.be

As for additional tips when it comes to driving, make sure your instructor takes you to roads that are busy, I know it can be stressful, however, it increases your stress tolerance and make you more competent. Furthermore, remember you’re not learning how to drive to pass a test, you’re learning how to drive to be able to operate a vehicle safely.

Oh and guys, please make sure you know how to park Properly, I know it’s a road test, but it’s necessary, one guy failed today just because of parking and the crazy thing was his driving was actually good.

Other than than what I’ve mentioned just practice a lot, driving is a practical thing. Meaning you can only get better by doing it over and over again.

Lastly, just to motivate y’all a bit, in my first test I literally drove on the opposite lane and overtook inside the school (the guy almost beat me up)💀💀
