Why so impatient!

what is up with people and their patience these days? Or idk am I a bad driver? I’ve had people honk at me because we’re at a zebra crossing and there’s pedestrians crossing the road? As soon as the person takes their last step off the crossing I get honked at. I’ve gotten honked at because I slow down taking a free right when the opposite signal is open and people are taking a left turn into the road I have to merge to? And this one time my lane was ending I gave an indicator going left on the 1st arrow and the person beside me sped up and honked at me? I still went through with the turn and he got so upset he proper harassed me on the road by coming infront of me and brake checking me twice. Only when he saw me taking a picture of his plates is when he left me alone. I’ve been driving for the past 5 years in UAE and this time around we’re getting the worst set of drivers.
