[discussion] if Lucy's mother is a Heartfilia, did she marry another Heartfilia?

I kinda don't understand how the ancestry work with the Heartfilia clan. Anna Heartfilia is their ancestor and passed the celestial wizardry (the Eclipse gate responsibility) from generations upto Layla. So I can assume that Layla is the direct ancestor, therefore a Heartfilia. But what about Jude (Lucy's father)? He's a Heartfilia too.

Lol I've been thinking about this and it confused me. Also because both parents are blonde.
