Stopping eating after 5pm makes me feel so much better the next day

I have a myriad of serious health problems that make my life a living hell most of the time. One of them is a sleep breathing disorder that’s haunted me for over a decade.

Recently I stopped eating after 5pm as I’ve developed gerd that’s aggravating nerve damage in my upper airway.

While I still feel like utter shit, it’s taken the edge off somehow. I feel a lot calmer in the morning and my body doesn’t feel like it’s on fire. Usually I wake up in agony, excruciatingly tired and freezing cold, despite living in a warm climate.

It’s been an absolute godsend. I wonder if anyone else has any similar experiences? I’ve always thought the ‘don’t eat before bed’ thing was a myth but my body absolutely says otherwise.
