Help a kid out with a quick survey

An acquaintance has a son who's got an engineering project to design a golf bag. He's supposed to have 500 responses to a survey about golf bags this week, so help a kid out by taking 20 seconds to complete this survey.

NOTE: Some of the questions seem to indicate a lack of golf knowledge in general, but hey - he's trying to make a grade. Thanks in advance.
