Problems re-entering the US lately?

I have several international trips planned in February and March, I’m on H1B and have a valid stamp until 2026 so no issue there. My employer is saying that we should be prepared to cancel trips due to potential denied entries at the border. Has anyone had any issue getting back in the US since Jan 20? There’s so much noise it’s hard to distinguish fake news from the rest.
