How Ratnadeep Retail is sustaining!?

I am new to Hyd and I have noticed there are many stores of Ratnadeep. I thought this is a local leader in retail and went in to buy somethings and surprised that everything they are selling is @ MRP unlike dmart or any other chain. If that’s the case how come this is thriving!?
