Pharmacy refused to give me emergency meds

This is more of a rant post, but basically i ran out of my labetalol and nifedipine today, ive been on it for postpartum pre eclampsia, i was told my meds were at CVS 1 so I took my last dose this morning ( i have to take three doses of lab a day and one dose of nif) and went to go get my meds before my second dose. I get to the pharmacy and they tell me it’s not there and was sent to a different pharmacy by my house, so I went to that pharmacy and they told me that my doctor needs to approve of it. I called my doctors emergency help line since it’s Sunday and the nurse tells me I just have to wait until morning to get it refilled so I asked her what to do and she just repeated herself over and over again. So I told them that and they told me to go down the road to the OTHER CVS for an emergency dose since they couldn’t fill it because it was 30 mins before closing and that the pharmacy down the road could do it because they didn’t close for another hour, so I went to that pharmacy and they told me they wouldn’t fill it and to go back to the one by my house??? So I call the one by my house, explain it, it’s like 10 mins before they close, and they call the CVS down the road. The CVS by my house calls me back and tells me that they are refusing to do it for some reason and won’t explain why so he stayed open just to help me with this. I’m a little confused as to why they didn’t want to do it since they were more than capable of doing it but oh well.
