Would you stay with your spouse if they got deported?

I would love to open up this discussion.

As a spouse of a USC, even I don't think I'm safe with how things are going in the country at the moment. I had an in depth discussion with my partner about what would happen if I was to be illegally detained and deported. Of course he said he would move wherever so we could be together. I've seen lots of posts about people's spouses getting deported and that seems to be the end of that relationship. How would this impact your marriage if it were to happen to you?
