Help me pick between Hunter 350 and Honda CB350rs

Really confused on what to get between these both, read numerous threads still confused.

Main purpose is for office commute in the city and yes there's a bigwing showroom very close (~5km).

Factors would be service/maintainance costs and mileage (comfort and feelobviously yes, which ill know after i test ride so not mentioning). Ik Honda is priced a bit higher, but I am willing to extend my budget if it's really that good. Thank you!
