fasting at least 16 hours a day (longest fasting window was 3 days). calorie goal daily between 1700-1800. water goal daily was 2L. goal weight is 175.

measurements are from january 1st to february 1st and in inches! super proud and looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for me:)
