Who runs Shake Shack ?

Seems like every time i go to the Shake Shack on Grove st it’s a shambles. There doesn’t appear to be a manager. Its dirty, messy and staff just doing their own thing. Yesterday I put an order in at the kiosk. Place was not busy. One guy by the grill on his phone, another over by the window chatting on his phone. After ten minutes I finally asked the guy about my order and he got started on it. Weird. Very different from what I’ve seen at other locations.
