Job query

Anyone here working in telecom or customer support field ? I am from finance background so I have completely zero knowledge about this . I heard it's a remote job , i tried reaching out to some people about the same but nothing is helping. I wanted to work in some consulting firms but as usual who's gonna recruit a fresher and teach them some work. So I decided to work in in this field as side hustle as I can't waste my time. I want to earn some side income to fund my studies. If anyone of u are from this field and know how all this works , Pls revert back , a Lil help or refferal is appreciated !👍
