Freshers as a minor

Do I even go out will I be let in I don't have a fake cause idk where the hell to get one ime 17 and will be 18 at the end of October. I'm really nervous about socialising in general like missing out on it because drinking is the main way ppl socialise . I'm going to cork for college is there even anything in trying to go out until I turn 18
