[no spoilers] Can’t find the second episode

I bought the limited edition of before the storm, and started playing LIS before BTS but when I came to move to the second episode there was nothing to play, then went to download it, no content to download and I can’t find the second episode on the ps store I don’t have any idea how to continue the game someone please tell me what to do
