I LOVE the little conversations characters have before the matches start, and I haven’t seen anyone mention it

As someone that LOVES the marvel universe and these characters it’s so cool that they took the time to add these little interactions in. I play pretty much ONLY cloak and dagger rn, but even a character like that who’s relatively obscure gets lines with strange (“get the stars out of your eyes, Tandy Bowen” goes so hard) spider-man, scarlet witch… this one stood out to me a lot too, “don’t compare, keep spreading your light” as a response to dagger feeling weak next to her hits so good if you know Wanda’s complex relationship with her powers, that level of power is a curse.

There’s others too, and I hear other characters talking their lines to each other sometimes. It always feels so authentic to the character, and just immerses me that much more in this feeling that these heroes we know and love are ACTUALLY preparing to go into battle together, that the ppl involved in making this game went the extra mile to ensure they were really bringing these characters to life.
