I've a serious pain in my testicles

I'm sorry if my problem is not that welcome! I haven't had any kind of harassment to my testicles but I have a killing pain in my abdomen and testicles. I'm doing NNN and I had a bad erotic night with my 30yo female friend last night; she tried to seduce me a lot! Has it caused the pain? Is the pain normal? Should I stop the challenge?
