Studying for the MLS exam.
Back in May, I took (and failed by 17 points) the ASCP MLS exam. I was taking a bunch of practice exams on Medialab but have since decided to not take those for a while, as seeing the score inevitably puts me down a little bit. Instead I've been studying flash cards and questions from the BOC and Harr books. I was curious of your professional opinion on this strategy.
I know a lot of people say the best way to study is by taking the practice exams and seeing questions but it seems hard for me to learn from the specified questions I got wrong rather than just studying the material as a whole.
