Looking for EXTREMELY low level music production

I want to literally adjust the position of the speaker based on my computers precise clock. I don't want any pre built oscillator, I wanna make my own. I wanna do it all myself. No nothing, I want to litererally just control the input to the speaker with a clock, how do I do this??
