Does everyone get stress spikes from eating?
I’m curious if this is common or just my body. I almost always get a spike in my stress levels, to a fairly high point on the stress graph, after eating. It happens even after very healthy meals, no sugar added in any of the foods, home cooked meals, and balancing protein/fats. I know digestion impacts your body, but I’m curious if everyone has a stress spike?
