Same noise with warranty replaced AIO cooler

After receiving a lot of feedback on my previous post, I recently replaced my NZXT Kraken Elite AIO cooler under warranty due to a concerning noise.

I installed the replacement today, but unfortunately, it’s making a very similar noise - this time even louder. I’m not sure what to do next, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
