I would probably choose Patient 0 or Tinky Winky. His one of my favorite Horror Characters from the very start of my Childhood. His one of the few Horror Characters to scare me as a teen. From his uncanny face, to his unnerving scream, Tinky Winky has been one of my most favorite character of all time and that will never change.
