Starting out pokemon card collecting again

I haven’t really collected cards since I was a kid and more recently I’ve been seeing more people just collecting and buying around me. I was thinking about jumping back into it and wanted recommendations on what sets to look out for right now. My eyes are on the blooming waters set and the 151 scarlet violet set.
