A voice for police?

After seeing everyone strike, over and over again, and knowing police cannot, it does make me wonder, why is no one striking for them, on their behalf? At this rate, everyone will get the maximum possible pay rise and yet again the police will be left with nothing... I'm not saying the likes of nurses and fire fighters, other emergency services don't deserve it because they sure do, but so do police, wouldn't it make sense to give all emergency services the same increase in pay? Split it evenly across the board? Otherwise other will get most of what they want, at the expense of the police getting nothing because they have no voice and no way to fight for it.

Maybe it has been mentioned before, but it seems to me that there is no sight of any improvement coming our way ...
