DEVS PLS: bugs make this game unplayable

I’m on Xbox, if that matters, trying to beat darkness mode for first time.

I beat the level 2 boss with beo, then game crashes and I lose my run.

Then i have a perfect run with geppetto, reach last boss for first time, she gets down to a sliver and is invincible because I guess a skull didn’t spawn. I know it wasn’t just invisible because I spent my 3 revives attacking every square inch of the arena for five minutes before I gave up and let her kill me

I love the game but randomly losing all progress after an hour+ every time I finally pull a great run together makes me never want to play again. I’m going to look into getting a refund
