Tovar and Althis don't like me

Was over in Haafingar doing some exploration. Just came out of Volskygge and ran into Farkas, Torvar and Althis on the road. For whatever reason Torvar and Althis were hostile towards me (I'm the damn Harbinger ffs) and Farkas just carried on down the road

The wiki says it's a bug that's been known to happen but I'm curious if anyone else has had this random ass occurrence happen to them out in the wild?
