Netflix English dub has been re-dubbed!

I’m in the UK and rewatching Squid Game on Netflix for the 4th time and so far on episode 1, I have noticed it has been re-dubbed! Some lines are slightly changed too. The most obvious change is how Jang Deok-Su says ‘you’re from North Korea!’ when they wake up. Why have they bothered to do this?
