As someone who’s on other day one, I just want to hear from people who quit 5000 times. I’m not exaggerating. I mean quitting every few days for years and years. When you couldn’t just will it, when the at home meds didn’t work, when therapy didn’t work. What finally stopped the pattern? Whether it rehab or a certain pattern, I’d just love to know.
