So I know this won't apply to our out of America, friends and our subreddit, but I do want to ask my American friends, what are your plans for this coming week? And thanksgiving and yeah, being around family and all that.How do you plan to keep up with your fitness journey? I feel like these holiday seasons coming up are when people struggle the most.
