Old Thinkpad For Digital Art?

Which older model tablet Thinkpad is good for digital art? I want an decent, durable machine for solely art purposes, I want an Thinkpad that I can draw directly on the screen with the digitizer pen, My options are X61t, X200t, X220t and the X230t.

Which one maybe the best for digital art? I'm also willing to make any upgrades to it to enhance the performance I just wanted to know if these older machines can still mange to do some art, no animation or anything like that, just drawing!
