[PC, Nvidia 3080, Latest Drivers, Ultra Preset] Some cutscenes are just audio with black screen. Anyone else?

Some cutscenes are fine, some aren't. Not sure whats going on. Anyone know the fix? The only thing I can think of is I have the Geforce experience screen recording overlay.
